Health Surveillance is a statutory requirement when employees are potentially exposed to specific hazards in the course of their work. Employers have a legal duty to measure the effect and impact of that exposure on the employees’ health.
Unity will work with employers to assess what health surveillance is required in line with Statutory legislation and the relevant HSE guidance. We are conscious that time away from work for employees undergoing health surveillance is costly to the employer, so we work with the business to reduce this disruption and time loss.
We design tailored on-site programmes to ensure a quality, legislative compliant service that will provide a continuous process of measurement for hazards that have been identified.
